Bewildered

My father looked
bewildered
when I found out
he had three more kids with this
beautiful black woman.

He turned right, turned left,
didn' t know what to do or what to say.

He was his usual strong, painful
self
in this dream
I had.

But what was most comforting:
the fact, that I didn't care about any of
those strange news I just learned, I was just happy
to
see him,
hear him.

Be close to him.
